Excellent location in the old part of Hastings, short walk to pubs, restaurants, amusements, and the beach. Suitable for families or couples, with en-suite/wet room in the main bedroom. Good size lounge with a large TV for relaxation. Free parking available outside the accommodation. Close to the best pub, Jolly Fisherman.
Felt very lucky, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is perfectly located near the seafront with plenty of shops and pubs to explore, making it a great base for sightseeing. The accommodation is spacious and beautifully decorated, with a well-organized layout. The hosts are attentive and helpful, even providing written instructions for all the amenities. Plus, the availability of free parking is a bonus for guests.
Some guests may find the noise from the traffic in the morning to be a bit disruptive.

I recently stayed at the Old King's Head and had a fantastic time. The location was absolutely perfect, right by the seafront and surrounded by shops and pubs to explore. The accommodation itself was beautiful, with Neil and Maria doing an amazing job renovating the old pub. Upon arrival, Neil was kind enough to show us around and explain how everything worked. The attention to detail was impressive, even down to a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge as a welcome gift. The property was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the written instructions provided for using the house. Additionally, there were plenty of spare towels and bedding if needed. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the utilities we required. Parking was available and free, which was a bonus. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying at the Old King's Head.

Mind-blowing location for exploring the vibrant old town area, with shops, pubs, and beach just steps away. Super spacious and impeccably clean accommodation with all necessary facilities, perfect for families or groups of friends. Jaw-dropping lounge with large flat-screen TV for cozy evenings. The convenience of a small cloakroom and free parking right outside. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary Prosecco waiting for us. Definitely coming back!

The room at The Old King's Head was cozy and inviting, with a warm color palette that made me feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and the three bathrooms were a treat! Each had a bath and a hairdryer, making it easy for me to relax and get ready for the day. As an old person, these little luxuries were greatly appreciated.
The only thing I personally didn't fancy was the parking situation, but hey, that's just me. Others might enjoy having the convenience of free parking.

This place offers free parking and free WiFi, which is always a plus. I had a great time engaging in exciting activities like hiking, fishing, and cycling. The towels provided were as fluffy as clouds.
The experience was so perfect, I couldn't even find one tiny thing to complain about. It's a tragedy, really.
